Pros

Loved the team and the talent. The company made a great decision in 2025 to hire an onboarding manager that actually knows how to develop and coach a team. Overall I Really enjoyed my time there and the customers were great. The HR team genuinely cared about the employees.

Cons

They brought back an old executive who was very close with the CEO. He was all about making himself look good and decided to reduce the team prematurely. The Product team was run by the CEO and the product was constantly breaking. Poor executive leadership led to pressure on the downward teams. They were willing to take the credit when things went well but quick to blame others when things didn't go well.
