LeapXpert is textbook example of bad leadership qualities married to unreasonable expectations. Founders are quick to shut down conversations without listening thus creating a do what I say mentality. Leader's place zero value when it comes to clear direction, they do not value employee opinions, and do not invest in their people for success. People are told only what they need to know and micromanaged when it comes to what they need to do. Bottom line, leadership does not respect or trust anyone creating a demonstrably bad culture of fear. Sacrifice of nights, evenings and weekends are the norm, 12-16 hour work days go unappreciated and undervalued. Accomplishments will only be criticized.

I'm based in Vietnam and the management here is the worst I've experience in my career. People feels frustrated, angry, tired and it's impossible to discuss with. It just feels like a dictatorship. The CEO of this company is a great guy but so far he hasn't fix anything.
