Pros

The company is constantly growing, expanding and restructuring. Nearly everyone there has years of experience in many different areas. Each team works well with each other and the other teams.

Cons

As mentioned before, there is lots of restructuring. The company seems to have at least 2 major changes in either high level personnel or process. There is also some frustration between the teams when it comes to responsibility for issues that come up.

Great coworkers. Many opportunities to learn and grow. Advancement opportunities aplenty if you put in the effort. Company paid certifications/education.

Cons

Management was hit or miss sometimes depending on your team. Salary on the lower side for the field.

Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. A great group of people. I really miss them.

Cons

Working remotely is only allowed under certain circumstances for certain roles. If allowed, when I moved across the country, I would have remained on the service desk.
