      Pros

      The best part of my company is the Atmosphere is so good new task and Challenges are assigned due to which we can learn many more new thing and overall company environments are more balanced.

      Cons

      Firstly I would like to say that junior employees do not get the appreciation, rewards for there work. Secondly, the salary increment policy for fresher is good. Third I will say that company Trips and other outdoor activities are not conducted.

      Pros

      Lots of learning from hardware fundamentals to OS internals. You will get exposure to virtualization, networking, and how infrastructure is abstracted and managed at scale. If you are truly dedicated towards your work you will receive good appraisal.

      Cons

      Work from home twice a week for employees who stay far away would be amazing.
