      LeaseQ has a strong leadership team with backgrounds that merge leading edge technology and marketing practices with relationships and best practices specific to the finance industry and a strong understanding of equipment sellers and customers who use financing for their businesses. This is a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. The company is quickly gaining traction with its unique marketplace approach and innovative tools for financing.

      Cons

      If you don't want to experience the attributes of a start up, this is not the job for you. The work comes quick and is challenging. You are part of a close team where openness, accountability and honesty are a constant.

      A fast moving start up hell bent on solving big problems in an old industry. A place where you can ID a problem, build a solution, and execute with a solid team supporting you. A very senior team with expertise from many parts of the industry work closely together adding valuable perspectives.

      Cons

      A start up has a many challenges as it does pro's. Generally, not enough time in a day to put all the pieces into the puzzle that you wish you could.

      Cons

      Small company with little established infrastructure, HR policies, IT support. Startup space with few amenities.
