Fantastic School

Pros

Administration is supportive and understanding of their teachers' needs. They really value their teachers and show this by providing support in the classroom and with student behavior.

Cons

As with most teaching jobs, work/life balance is difficult, and there isn't much room for growth in the county. The healthcare the county uses isn't the best.

Pros

Lecanto High School is a great public high school in Citrus County as it offers the International Baccalaureate program, but also the Lecanto School of the Arts program

Cons

Many students may act in an irresponsible manner with the creation of the No Phone policy to combat this issue.
