worst work life balance dull seniors and principal engineer HR is anti-professional

1.Too much work at times. 2. work pressure 3. No vision, no plan even at senior management. 4. Founders are there only for quick bucks, with no intention to grow into something substantial. 5. Dumb HR who don't know what happening in company. 6.Horrible management Please don't leave your job if its good or bad , they can fire you anytime as I have seen one guy getting fired on the date of joining only.So think 1000 times before you join as company is not at all stable.
