Pros

Literally no pros about company,

Cons

Technology is embarrassingly outdated. The software, tools, and internal systems feel like something out of the early 2000s. You spend more time fighting clunky processes than actually doing your job. For a “digital” company, the tech stack is from the dark ages. Pay is nowhere near market. Expect compensation to be roughly half of what similar roles pay at reputable edtech company. Benefits are bare minimum. Professionalism is severely lacking. Leadership style is inconsistent, reactive, and tone deaf. Communication is poor, decisions feel arbitrary, and there’s little respect for people’s time or expertise. You’ll see a lot of posturing, very little true leadership. Stuck in an old-school mindset. The culture, processes, and management approach feel frozen in the 2000s. Resistance to modern best practices is high, and suggestions for improvement are more likely to be ignored than implemented.

Pros

Used to be a good product but not anymore.

Cons

The product is outdated and not intuitive. Leadership lacks direction, and company culture has become increasingly toxic and demoralizing. Compensation is below industry standards, and transparency around pay or performance expectations is nonexistent. The CEO’s communication style is erratic and unprofessional, often rambling without clarity or focus, which only adds to the overall lack of trust in leadership. Ethical standards are questionable, and decisions are frequently made without integrity or accountability.
