      Pros

      - Flexible work schedule - High trust environment - Being on a team of rock stars/high performers - Having transparency across teams and into operations - Being able to contribute ideas and have them be heard

      Cons

      None for me because I appreciate a fast paced environment. However, if you're looking for somewhere to just punch the clock and do the same thing each day, it may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Cares about the client and the employee A newer company, so there are lots of growth opportunities Pay & Benefits Unlimited PTO with a PTO Minimum to ensure you are actually taking time off Perceptive and very open to suggestions and improvement ideas Work-Life Balance Has a standard for work threshold, but once you meet that and become more efficient, you aren't "rewarded" with more work unless you want it.

      Cons

      Compared to other places I have been employed it's very difficult to think of any cons. If I absolutely had to choose something maybe incorporate periodic team building.
