The work environment is professional and for the most part relaxed. Management likes hard workers and they will reward those who fit that profile. The company is growing at a rapid pace nationwide which makes it fun and the future looks bright for the company.
Cons
Sometimes working closely with staff located in different offices makes communication a little challenging but there's ways around that., so it's not tragic.
