Everything. The absolute worst company I have ever worked for. I assume they are only still in business due to deep pockets and money coming from properties the family has owned for a century. A patriarchal/dictatorship stuck twenty plus years in the past that has no room for ideas, growth, or positive, forward thinking. Women work in admin & with food; and the men sell the wine and hold the power positions. A hostile environment full of discrimination and sexual harassment where you are constantly belittled and made to feel inferior, of little importance and disposable. It is absolutely mind blowing that this place is still in business!

Horrible owner who spends too much time micromanaging everyone and everything... Horrible pay with empty promises for "excellent pay" and raises that never happen. (Was told my salary would be in the $100-$200K range, but all people in the same position average $50K. The absolute worst commission structure I have ever seen that no one ever hits anyway because they are outlandishly over any goal that is reachable. Many many many other issues that are literally giving me anxiety from just writing this...
