Pros
There is an awesome network of people to learn from and build off of. Everyone is more than friendly and you can always expect an honest response. They have great health care. Company truck and company phone. IPad and laptop. They have done their best to keep up with technology.
Cons
The hours are long and hard. There is never enough time to take a vacation. The y expect you to put I'm 70+ hours a week on a regular basis. If you're salary you will nth be grossly underpaid.
