Pros
Customer Service and interaction with customers. The quality of the merchandise is excellent. Most employees are friendly and willing to assist each other.
Cons
Leadership lacking in resolving conflicts among employees. Sales are the only factor they truly evaluate you on. Assistant managers compete with you for sales and are not willing to provide you the support you need if it takes them off the floor.
