The company is only focused on work timing, insisting on completing 9 hours per day at any cost. There is no thoughtful analysis during hiring, only a hire-and-fire approach, with little regard for vision or long-term growth. After 36 years, this mindset has prevented the company from moving forward. VERY BAD LEAVE POLICY

Cons

The most dishonest company ever. There are absolutely no rules here. They can suddenly remove you from your job without any reason. They won’t pay your salary either. They will deduct it without any valid explanation. The so-called director has no backbone. There’s one staff member named Anika—she’s the one who actually runs the company. Whatever she says, the director blindly follows. It's a completely worthless company. Think a hundred times before joining.
