Primary Owner/CEO could work on EQ Women's voices diminished Don't have a great plan for attracting/hiring/training/supporting good managers. Too many mediocre managers.

Most of the coworkers are great! Endless problems to keep Developers busy.

Cons

Higher-ups in Management and ancient codebase, in desperate need of an overhaul. Developers are expected to work extra hours and over weekends with no additional pay. And pay is on the lower end for software developers. Conservatives will find themselves at odds with the company culture.
