If you like beer, enjoy!

Pros

Lots of free beer and tastings, hours are not terrible if you work with management, customers tend to be nice, the members are what make you stay working there. Create a great environment and it will come back to you with grace! You can learn a lot from the brewers and canning department, the owner is very knowledgeable about the industry. I learned a lot

Cons

They do not listen to lower staff like I was, even if you have a great idea, you are seen as a bartender and that is it. They can work you to the bone and expect you to continue that lifestyle.
