Pros
The biggest pro is definitely the salary, especially if you're working part-time. Sundays get double pay rate and they also pay more for night hours. Sometimes you'll get the opportunity to work additional hours which will also be well paid. The work is not that hard although you might feel some pressure at the beginning. Inditex is a inclusive company so you should feel welcome when you start in any store.
Cons
The job itself can be tough, especially on holiday times. Clients might be rude to you and you'll have to deal with that and keep everything organized at the same time. Your schedule gets released on a weekly basis, so you may face some issues to appoint personal affairs.
