Beautiful office. Benefits are provided within one month of employment. Company outings were nice.
Cons
Role in the company would change constantly, which is great because you are given the chance to learn more about the company. But as soon as you were comfortable in a role and happy, you were almost demoted to do something else. This place was a revolving door. One person is hired one week and let go the following week. The staff seemed very angry and argumentative all the time. There was no real sense of “Team” there. Management consisted of a CEO who didnt want to be in the office, but instead left his two unexperienced nephews in charge who are basically running this company to the ground. Upon me leaving, subcontractors, vendors were calling several times a day looking for payment and upper management refused to speak to these individuals, which created an uncessary negative environment to work in.
