Everything. I’m here to be honest with you all please don’t do it. You will regret it. You will not see a salary of $40,000-$50,000. Total lie. The checks to be exact are only $300 even with commission. They don’t tell you what you’re doing until you agree to the job. Interviews are not your formal interview literally anyone can get hired there. Management sucks. The people there are cool but the higher ups nope not cool. They throw all these numbers in your face to make the job sound nice but trust me it is not what you think. You stand in a grocery store for 5 hours. Giant eagle to be exact. And to note they want you to be at the building Monday through Saturday at 11:00 and you go out to the store at 1. For those two hours before you leave the HQ. You don’t get paid for that. You only get paid by the hour when you’re in the store and the pay rate is only like $9.50-$10.00. Again which is not a lot for most adults. Save yourself the time and look for a place where you are valued as a person and not just to hit numbers so managers can get paid. It’s a pyramid scheme at its finest. Please you are better than what they are going to offer. This is the most honest and I’m depth review you will see about this company. Don’t do it.
