      Very Poorly run TPA

      Pros

      - Close to freeway for quick access to work

      Cons

      - mismanagement of both middle and lower employees - antiquated work policies (i.e. - no cell phones, no internet, mandatory 1 hr lunch, no socializing) - very poor training - very poor pay and benefits - antiquated work program - loss of business due to poor marketing/over-promising and under-delivering

      Pros

      Great places to eat and close to the Freeway

      Cons

      They don't care about you, they care about what you can do for them! They will lay off a huge group and then start all over again. It's disgusting. I can't believe they get away with it ALL THE TIME!!! It's a family owned business and they hire friends who kiss butt and if you're not a YES person then you don't exist and will be let go.

      Looks Great, but looks are overrated

      Pros

      Nice Office and break room to relax in and eat lunch. Cubical space was plentiful and visually pleasing. Dress code was very relaxed. Bathrooms were very nice.

      Cons

      Technology was out of date and methods used to complete tasks were not modern. Seemed to be more of a social club environment than a professional environment.
