Pros

- Pay - Full flexibility on how to manage team - Mileage reimbursement was highest in country leading to slightly higher pay due to me using a small car - Drive time counts as work - Presentations were fun to conduct at agencies and senior centers - Supervisor was attentive, fun to talk to, gave and received feedback well, and trained well - Had full flexibility and freedom to conduct 60 page enrollment how I wanted as long as they ended up accurate and were done in a timely fashion - work from home was an option as long as completed at least one enrollment a week and you go into the office a 1-3 days a week to check in with your team

Cons

- Bonuses are rare - You have to educate yourself on managing a team because they do not provide training as an agency - If you do not like driving or find it boring you will not enjoy the job as in this job you are in charge of a whole section of Georgia with up to 12 counties with some of them being 3 hours away one way (sometimes 4 hours depending on traffic). - due to drive times you may have to leave at 7am and get back at 4pm or 5pm, but you can flex hours when needed - You do not have guidance on presentations - My supervisor was amazing but I heard horror stories about past and present supervisors because there was no training structure agency-wide besides a short onboarding. The job is extremely complex to be the case. - If you do not find a system for the enrollments or not an attention-to-detail person it will be an uphill battle - If you are not a self-starter or have internal motivation it will be hard - Most of the pros are a con if you are not the type of person who enjoys - It will take at least 6 months to feel confident so if you can't handle delayed gratification it will be hard - being independent in work, a self- starter, and attention-to-detail
