Pros
Fun work environment where employees are valued and treated with respect. Everyone works hard and plays just as hard. Management provides everything from training to the newest tech advances to insure an employee's success. Management also sponsors many types of employee/family events as well

Location is downtown orlando which can be a commute for some

-Management in general are wonderful human beings and want you to succeed. -Very much a family atmosphere. Very, very little turnover. -Lots of room for advancement and autonomy. -Flat organization, very informal culture. -All-around pleasure to work here.
Cons
-The firm changes strategic directions frequently. -Sales training is loose and unstructured.
