Good for people looking for dead jobs Coworkers are friendly Friendly upper management Relax environment (depending on the job) Stable working environment (only in the certain departments) Good work life balance

Cons

Bad for people looking for career advancement and wanting to learn something new. Work is not distributed equally (some workers spend hours chatting in the break room, some work for hours and still not done with work) No overtime unless management approved (Budget your time wisely)
