Very dysfunctional organization from top to bottom; company stacked with weak and ineffective senior and middle managers

The company has a long history of raising capital, and acquiring customers based on low price points for its products and services.

Cons

Extremely high employee turnover, and there's virtually no opportunities for advancement within the management ranks. Employees, both the high number of temporaries and permanet, full-time; do not receive the essential training and guidance, to perform at a high level. Employee hourly wage rate is well below industry average. Lastly, the production era operation management style does not inspire long term success.

Easy consistent work. Promotes from within.

Cons

Turnover too high. Raises are a joke. Too many clashing attitudes between workers and production leaders. Temp agencies send just anyone to work here resulting in the attitudes and disrespect. Even the office employees wont stay longer than a year. Theres no direct communication from management to the production floor. A bunch of chiefs blindly setting unrealistic standards for production workers. The company wont last more than a few more yrs.

Suck it up for a year for the experience and get out. This is a dead end job, just awful any way you look at it!

Cons

If you are extremely desperate for a job, then work here. The pay is low, the equipment sucks, the turn over rate is super high, no room to grow because they don’t pay anything, management is terrible, employees smell like illegal drugs, drama on every shift, constantly short of employees per shift so you’re expected to work like a horse, everyone is over worked and completely under paid, certain rules that should apply to everyone only apply to certain people, the place is a complete disaster!
