Pros

I have nothing to say that is a pro for this company

Cons

If you are not family or have an "in"with management, they will fire you within a year (I saw 2 people fired within 1 yr of employment, and my entire team worked there for less than one year before we were gone) they won't offer benefits unless you work there for 1 full year (see previous con) They may ask you to babysit their children as they bring them to work. their pay is less then the going rates for your position

blood from a turnip

Pros

can essentially choose your own schedule, coworkers are fantastic to work with

Cons

management is always trying to get blood from a turnip. expecting more than what is realistic from sales agents. want you to close high, but doesn't give you the tools to do so (i.e. consistent call volume)
