Pros

Senior management seems to care about the welfare of all employees. Compensation is fair within market range.

Cons

Middle management is weak, unknowledgeable, verbally abusive, don’t listen. Middle management seems to be “yes men” to senior management. If an employee needs something, it it recommended to go straight to senior management. Exercise caution when speaking to Fernald consulting. They are not collecting information to assist you the employee! Largest waste of money Legacy spends on a con game.

Fast growing company. Competitive pay for managers. Relaxed atmosphere with considerable amount of autonomy.

Cons

Each restaurant is a unique concept, making coordination between them difficult. This allows for little advancement over multiple properties.
