Management sleeps with staff, prioritizes lazy and incompetent employees over the hard working employees, they are racist, and will bully you if you show respect for yourself
You are able to connect with the residents in memory care and become part of their lives.
Cons
The nurses never checked on the residents. Management only would come every so often to put on a show that they care. The lack of action to reports of abuse, neglect, and recklessness makes it apear they don't care. High overturn.
