      Terrible Leadership

      Only good parts of this company is remote/hybrid work and a flexible PTO policy

      Cons

      The leadership is some of the absolute poorest I have ever experienced in my life. Bad management will make your job miserable at any company and that was unfortunately my experience here. I prefer to work for a company that actually puts effort into building a positive culture and a company that is in the business of actually helping people. That is not Legacy Service Partners.

      Pros

      My time at Legacy Service Partners has been highly rewarding. The company is growing fast, and there’s a real focus on building a strong culture and developing leaders across the organization. Two things LSP does especially well are empowering people to take ownership in their roles and investing in leadership development that genuinely helps teams grow.

      Cons

      As with any fast-scaling company, there are areas to improve. We could benefit from more consistent support processes across partner locations and clearer communication during periods of rapid change. That said, the work is meaningful, leadership is committed, and if you thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment, it’s an excellent place to build a career.
