      Ownership and head of operations are amazing! They truly care about their employees and are very involved. Owner wants to do things the right way and they care about the opinions of their employees. They take care of their properties and the pay is better than most

      Cons

      I wish the commissions were higher and office was less administratively heavy. would be nice to have more holidays off
