Pros
Great working environment with nice leaders, and a great community between employees.
Cons
You will have to be fairly flexible with the tasks you are given since it is a small company it is expected that you help out with the tasks at hand. That said, I enjoyed that part, but for some that might be a con. Also since it is a small company they will not be able to pay you as much as the bigger companies of course.
