Flexible work and good pay, but poor management issues

Pros

Flexible working is great, especially if you have family commitments. Good salary for Team Leader.

Cons

The operational managers are ineffective and need refreshing. Those in mid level positions have overseen constant underperformance yet still remain in position. Some are so poor that it actually stifles those who have the knowledge and experience to make a real impact.

Genuinely nice people to work with. If you need help, there's always someone who will be of assistance. Easy going people. New CEO also seem to be bringing in positive changes to enhance productivity and staff welfare

Cons

Investigator role affects mental wellbeing. Very pressurised. If you seek happiness, avoid at all costs. A word is enough for the wise!
