Pros

There are no good reasons to work at Modular Homes

Cons

Lack of sales pipeline leading to production breaks and employee lay offs. No real future strategy. Inability to effectively manage the sales and operational demand planning process. CEO focuses on the fine day to day detail, micro managing all executive leaders. Multiple Director resignations over the last 2-3 years.

Pros

Good pension scheme. Good training to get you up to speed and giving you the chance to learn new skills.

Cons

Very under paid base rate for what is required from you and not very fair. Asking more and more of you everyday with nothing but a thanks. No bonus scheme. No overtime. Management try and pull the wool over your eyes with their speeches at team briefs.
