Pros

At least Legal Shield offers a service that is somewhat useful, as opposed to creams and soaps and potions. But that's just to hide behind the reality that this is a pyramid scheme.

Cons

This is a pyramid scheme. Many may object to that classification, but that's exactly what multi-level marketing is. You do the work of getting ppl to sign up for a monthly service, and the vast majority of the commission goes to others higher up the chain than you. All the rah-rah cheerleading is to mask the fact that this is a pyramid scheme. My hope is that anybody who gets approached or responds to a job ad can see this and be better informed so as to avoid wasting time.

Cons

There is no longevity. Hit it hard, Hope for the best, and have a back-up plan for when it fails (and it will fail).

Good benefits but they aren’t as good as they used to be and they are about to get cut again.

Cons

They really have no respect for employees, associates (except for the big name ones), or the members. If you are new and think you are going to make money at this, think again. The business is a typical pyramid scheme that sucks money from the new guy after lying that he will make a living and gives it to the few big dogs at the top. Management lies and they train their employees to lie to the new associates. It’s a con, plain and simple.
