      Industry is fast-moving and interesting angle for the legal profession

      Cons

      The company's main problem is its leadership. Both founders lack experience in a well-run company as they are college dropouts. They are also exceptionally cold and arrogant. They believe the legal profession requires a harsh and haughty frame of mind. Turnover is extremely high for such a small company. The company brands itself as a tech startup but is simply a litigation finance company run by younger people with the character flaws previously stated. By far the worst company I have ever worked for -- and I've only given the

      Flexible hours, very remote friendly

      Cons

      Poor management, low pay, poor treatment of customers, poor treatment of employees. Legalist has shown time and time again they don’t care about their employees or customers. Employees and entire departments are laid off often and usually with only a voicemail or an email as your only notice. Management doesn’t seem to take responsibility for the mistakes they make and employees pay the consequences.
