Upper management is unable or unwilling to fulfill on promises Existing clients are not a priority, so they are almost always angry Unstable and depressing work environment, employees quit very frequently No support from upper management No opportunities for growth unless you are part of the "in" group Sales team barely works 20 hours a week, but everybody else is expected to go above and beyond Dispute between owners of the company makes working in the office awkward, as everybody is expected to take a side
