      Has potential, held back by leadership

      Pros

      Some brilliant colleagues. HR is great. Hybrid working.

      Cons

      Senior leadership can form an opinion of you and that's your lot, despite performance. Remuneration can vary greatly for similar roles. Slow product development. High staff turnover and poor hiring choices. Internal tech and hardware often frustrating.

      Pros

      Fantastic team members throughout business. Great HR and policies. Visible with the legal tech space

      Cons

      Salaries aren't lagging behind average, but also not industry leading. Rigid C Suite and developments - customer needs not always met. Still a focus on ex-lawyers within the space - it's nice to have ex-lawyers, but you're also in the SaaS space.

      Pros

      The best people work here. The have the best people team/managers/ceo, the best I've experienced in my whole professional career. Great work life balance. Regular meetings with your team. 1-1 with manager. and Full support if needed!

      Cons

      Because we are only in office once a week, it means you may never meet particular members (especially remote engineering team) Compensation and benefits could be better. A bit slower pace than other Legal Tech companies.
