Almost a one pony show with cilta.cel. The company has only treated a handful patients itself since the past five years. They try to distance themself from the common image of a Chinese company. But they are essential a Chinese company. There have been too much change in the clinical development. Employees face the shortage of resource and infrastructure from day one. Be prepared to end a meeting on Monday night 10 pm. Then dial in another meeting on 8am Tuesday. You might work under a higher title. But they expect you to deliver 200% of your pay and work 7 days a week. So think through the worst outcome before joining. The reality can be even worse than your imagination.

This place has no regards for human life. They care less about their employees. Management has a lot of favoritism. They select only those whom they like and mostly not qualified for the job. They persecute those who are not part of their circle. This place felt like a cult. There’s a huge disconnect between management and lower level employees. They don’t like development and force you to do things that you shouldn’t do. The place is unsanitary and they lie to the FDA a lot. Also there’s no such a thing as work life balance. There’s only work work or die. This a horrible toxic work place. You won’t move up in this place.
