The occasional barbecue and work party.

Cons

Pay is awful. Micro managing from hell, so much disorganization and outdated practices. Dress code is simply ridiculous. Horrible communication in the chain of command that leads to simple tasks taking months to complete.

Above average salary. Free drinks. Free parking.

Cons

Every three minutes of your workday must be accounted for a ridiculous form. Even bathroom trips. The amount of extra busy work is insane. Checking voicemails to find out details about every employees workday is a nightly requirement. Saturdays are expected. Boss procrastinates then blames others. Employees leave constantly, and they should! Bonuses often go unpaid.
