10/10 Would Recommend- If toxic culture, unethical practices, incompetent ''leaders'', and underpayment won't bother you
Pros
-There are some genuine, competent individuals with integrity -Legend boasts that they create their culture by only hiring, training & mentoring the best people. I like where they were going with that and am hopeful they will make the needed adjustments to their current costly, yet ineffective system resulting in many job openings at any given time.
Cons
Legend's #1 core value is ''People First'' (The 'Preferred' in front of 'People' is silent). If you're looking to attain a leadership role but are not too good at what you do, you're not proficient, or maybe even unethical, you can still excel here by mastering ''workplace politics''. Make friends with the ''right people'' and if it's necessary, be prepared to sacrifice integrity. Prepare to endure meetings that may include nonsensical or questionable direction from other unqualified ''leaders''; when they ask for questions/concerns, don't embarrass them or burn bridges by actually doing that, pretend there's no better way your time could've been spent. Attend all 363 meetings and events/yr to show alignment with the culture, don't worry if it affects the time to complete real job duties, getting a good job done is not most important, depending on who your regional manager is. ''Overtime'' and job duties are subjective here, so tread lightly if you consider expressing personal boundaries or requesting compensation for extra work. If you consider reporting any unfair or unethical experiences or practices- document all and consider getting legal advice
