This company has a toxic work culture. Every day is torture for the employees here. There's no senior-level manager or CTO with whom we can discuss our problems or get technical issues resolved. We're forced to sit with our CEO, who tries to act like a CTO but doesn't have any development knowledge. There's so much more I could say, but I think you understand the situation.
