Management: the upper management and owner think they know everything about anything from work to your personal life, and if you try to suggest otherwise you will be publicly reprimanded in front of your entire team and made to feel stupid.
Toxic Environment: very "clicky" business, if you're not in the "in crowd" you definitely know it.
HR: HR is constantly AWAL, while very helpful with paperwork, proves to not have any power when there is a problem with management. When there is a complaint submitted either nothing comes of it or the person is fired for "not performing".
Pay: while hourly pay is good, you will never make more than you when you were originally hired. And if you ask about the 90 day review you were promised at the beginning and about the "raise" you're supposed to get they will find every excuse in the book to not give it to you.
Boiler room atmosphere: production based job, daily meetings literally tell you if you are here for your hourly pay to get out because we are a production based company, no help from management with actual hands on training.
