      An excellent company, an organization that genuinely cares about its employees and takes their needs into consideration. The management team is made up of outstanding people who are professional, dedicated, and caring.

      Cons

      Career development and advancement opportunities are somewhat limited.

      Pros

      Open, collaborative culture. Support for risk taking and bringing new ideas to the table. Legit is in a very hot market so there is a lot of opportunity for proactive team members. Leadership team cares about employees. Legit isn't perfect but it's a great place to work.

      Cons

      Legit is a start up, so the path isn't always clear. You need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity here.
