Not enough hours to go around

The staff drinks alcohol and vape in the office daily and the Branch President accepts this behavior. Matters are not attended to as needed and this is a hang out office not a Property Management office. You are given empty promises and the Branch President nearly works 15 hours a week and barely come into the office. No support is given and salaries are expecting low for what the Parent Company request of you. You want a real Property Management job stay clear of Leiter Property Management. I heard it was a different Company under the original owner and previous staff members. -THAT WORKED and knew the business. Company has no values
