Pros

Fantastic employees! This company has so much promise. Most employees are honest, hard working and focus on their customers. Excellent Electricians and reasonably priced for the quality of work and experience they offer. Great benefits and very good pay.

Cons

Here are the major cons. The worst Executive Staff and front office staff I’ve ever experienced. They know their industry, but they are clueless on how to run a company. Zero leadership and people skills, and they promote a toxic and hostile work environment. Thankfully, they have some great employees to do their thinking for them.

Wonderful Company to Work For

You are treated as family, you are respected, you are allowed to grow, you are included in decisions, and you are given opportunities to learn through internal and external courses.

Cons

No real cons for me, I left to be closer to home for my son starting school.
