1. First and foremost, if you expect work-life balance, think again. 2. This company demands long working hours. Initially, during the hiring process, the HR might mention a 9-hour workday, but they conveniently neglect to mention that there are activities scheduled after the official working hours. 3. This rule seems immature, as they assume that if you have friends, you will gossip about their culture. I believe everyone has their own fulfilling life and wouldn't necessarily discuss this culture. 4. The company practices micromanagement to an extreme extent. They provide only 2 biscuits per person in team time and even lack basic supplies like teaspoons and tissue papers, presumably due to a fear of theft. 5. At first, the culture may appear pleasant, like being in a temple, but soon it becomes evident that they indirectly pressure employees to conform. The founders are good but not great. They expect employees to put in extra effort, but their compensation is equivalent to that of an intern in a multinational corporation or outside the industry. In short, not everything that appears favorable on social media is actually good!
