All the money Lemonade Stand is making is going into their pet project, Build Then Bless. There's no money to hire qualified people, pay for time saving softwares, or promote/give raises. IF that's not where their financial problems are coming from, then maybe due to the fact that the company is very top heavy, but the top isn't at all involved in what's going on in the company. In fact they have no idea what is going on.
When you pull back the curtain you'll see that the President of the company isn't involved isnt the day to day, has no clue whats going on, never has good wifi, and attends calls from his cell phone most the time, too busy using the company accounts for his church's business.
The publicly announce policies, and then quietly remove them without announcing to people that the policy has been changed... you'll find out when you go to use it!
They lie on job descriptions about performance bonuses, i guess if you could the few dollars a month you get from build then bless, then they're being honest.
Also do not trust the great places to work survey, they BEG for those submissions.
