      Toxic environment and spiteful managers

      Pros

      Some people working there are really smart and nice people especially the nice vibe of international people working there who make life a bit tolerable while working there.

      Cons

      I think you should only consider working there if you have no other option. There are managers who really exploit employees/interns under their responsibility. You are not evaluated there for you performance rather for worshiping the manager's orders. If you do not believe this comment, ask for the turnover inside the company during your interview and you will have an idea. Avoid on top of everything working in the conformity department very toxic manager. When it comes to salary, it is quite low compared to other start-ups.

      En évoluant dans une moyenne structure, nous apprenons à tout faire, à travailler en équipe mais aussi à évoluer en autonomie. C’est formateur, néanmoins si vous souhaitez avoir des perspectives d’évolution, passez votre chemin. Vos efforts ne seront pas récompensés, dommage car Lemonway a un énorme potentiel.

      Cons

      Il y a plusieurs mois de cela, Lemonway était une scale up avec un objectif bien précis et des directives claires, une entreprise qui nous motivait à nous dépasser. Aujourd’hui, les décisions stratégiques n’ont plus aucune cohérence et cela part malheureusement dans tout les sens. Des annonces de projets sont faites aux clients alors que le projet n’est même pas terminé… Le turnover est impressionnant, les salariés qui restaient quelques années auparavant ne restent plus que quelques mois. Les perspectives d’évolution sont nulles et les disparités de salaires entre les métiers sont impressionnantes. Les profils senior ne sont pas valorisés, est préféré le recrutement de profil junior dans un souci d’économie. Cela ne motive pas les salariés à se projeter sur le long terme.
