If you need to be paid regularly like every payday then Lenddo wont make sense. If you have to ask your boss and the CFO Paul L Devine if you will get your salary every month then Lenddo will not meet your expectation. If you need to have work that is not pointless then James Hume should not be part of the management. And when you leave they call you ungrateful then make sure you never see the unpaid salaries you are owed.

Bad management and delay of month-worth salary

When I started with the company, we were like a family despite the pandemic that struck the globe. All of us come from different countries, so we rely heavily on the internet. But that was never a problem as we would even schedule daily meetings, even play games just to get to know each and everyone. This was the case until the company changed its management last year --- 2020.

Cons

- The company, at the moment, owes us months worth of salaries. - Management is bad; they do not care for their employees. They won't even give the salary for one month even if they owe us months worth of pay. - No one from the ups would check on us, unlike when we were under the old management. - The supervisor I report directly to is nowhere to be found. - People from the HR and payroll management are not approachable at all. Won't update us about what really is happening to our salaries and just keep on repeating insensible responses. - Zero benefits. - No compassion.
