This is the worst place that I've worked in my software career. The culture is rotten at the core. Dishonesty, arrogance, narcissism, and incompetence runs rampant. Even though its a technology company, engineering is cast aside as a cost rather than an investment. If you lack soft skills and technical skill yet you are willing to be a "yes" person, then you may well get yourself promoted. The worst part is the utter lack of professionalism. The communication style and the treatment of co-workers is often rude and abrasive which is uncharacteristic of anywhere else that I worked in the past. Management has zero track record of success yet prance around like they are thought leaders. I cannot in good conscious recommend that anyone work here.

First of all, don't work there. Stressful work. Poor and bad management. No appreciation to the team or individuals for any achievements happened. No communication between teams. Prioritisation keep changing everyday leads of frustration of what should be focused on. All projects are so important and all of them are dependent on each other. Unrealistic deadlines plus unclear requirements. You can't know where the company heading to is because there's no clear or transparent vision. Too many hierarchy level for a startup company. Slow in decisions.
