I worked there for almost 1 year. The company is short staff , when hiring it is juniors. The "management.that without experience. They mislead clients at best, they respond to clients after 3 days ...or never. Not honest. Lack of communication and direction from management.

Lots..where do I start.. The pay is WAY below the market rate, while you are expected to handle pretty much everything in a start-up, you are not being paid respect by management. They may promise you a lot and lure you in, and you'll find all the benefits don't exist. Sure, snacks and games are there, but who will really care about these when pay is low and pressure is unbelievably high. Also, like other comments, they do treat people differently department wise, if you belong to the data or IT team, good for you. If you are working in other departments, good luck to you.
